Running a community is hard, and keeping a metaverse server safe is more challenging with all the scams and spam in the blockchain space. Protecting our community in Discord with 67 channels tirelessly every day is the Kawaii Peace Force and our beloved Local Mod team, building a better community for everyone and especially new Kawaiians.

Kawaii team sends out some small monthly gifts for our active members. In the first month of 2023, we are sending out 10 Lightning tickets, 10 Lucky Clovers, and 1 Decor Gacha Voucher.

And let's not forget about people who keep the community active, Kawaii Experts and Server Boosters. Our team always tries to assign roles to active members who fit the title so stay active, keep contributing and build Kawaiiverse together, making it a community-oriented world where our Kawaiian is the center of all development. Kawaii Islands 0.29 has arrived in Web, Android and iOS versions

Fishing Leader Board: Honor the greatest Kawaii anglers who caught the biggest fish (based on the LP index).

Rebalanced League System: The number of trophies required for higher league tiers (from Pro 1 to Master 3) are adjusted along with the fishing orders config. The new system requirement is expected to distinguish players in higher ranks and lower the effect of the fishing orders on the trophy race, especially in the Master tiers.

Some minor bugs fix to enhance the playing experience;

2023-01-09 14:13:38 Kawaii DAO 6.1 Result: The Kawaii League Rebalancing System

After adding Fishing orders, the 8th Kawaii Seasonal League journey ended on December 30th with extraordinary speed and the abnormal number of Master 3 players raised concern in our community about how to build a more balanced and sustainable League System.

After collecting users’ feedback and suggestions, a new plan for the league system was proposed through DAO 6.1. Aiming to distinguish players in higher ranks and lower the effect of the fishing orders on the trophy race, especially in the Master tiers, the number of trophies required for higher league tiers is proposed to be adjusted along with the fishing orders config.

(All staked KWT and LPs, KWT in boost farming and revenue sharing as well as the residence island NFTs were counted as usual.)

The new system is being prepared and will be updated tomorrow, January 10th once ready. The 9th Kawaii League will start on January 11, 2023.
