The company claimed that they believe OpenSea is using the block to try and monopolize the NFT market; and that their reference implementation puts them in control of which addresses can transfer NFTs.

Blur.iо believes that if this concept gains adoption, NFTs will shift from open, decentralized assets to permissioned assets ruled by OpenSea; introducing significant centralization and regulatory risks.

Blur.iо suggests creators to use their own blacklist so that the creator can fully control the assets and royalties.

2022-11-15 00:00:03 NFT and web3 leader Yugalabs, home of the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), announced that it has acquired web3 ecosystem WENEW and its NFT collection 10KTF.

WENEW's partnerships included Louis Vuitton and Gucci and were founded by Beeple and Michael Figge.

In addition, Co-founder and CEO of WENEW, Michael Figge will join Yugalabs as Chief Content Office while Beeple will be joining Yuga as an advisor.

Following the announcement, Yugalabs hinted the integration between 10KTF and Otherside.
