Nylas Hayes is the 13-year-old artist behind the NFT collection "long neckies." Hayes draws her models with an elongated neck, a characteristic that appears in all 3,000 portraits in her collection.

In March, Hayes sold her "Long Neckie Lady" for $6,41.70 on Instagram, and a month before that, she sold another drawing for $3,920.05. She was also featured in Time Magazine's first "Artist-in-Residence," an honor given to those who are advancing their careers through NFTs.

eToro, Israeli social trading and multi-asset brokerage, launches a $20 million fund to purchase NFTs and bolster creators. The trading fund is a part of the new initiative called eToro.art, which aims to support NFT creators and brands. The investment will be a step toward broader expansion of NFT investment services. eToro's U.S. Managing Director says pushing NFTs will allow the company to expand and diversify its investor base and business partnership. He added, Processes for valuing and appraising digital art need to become more sophisticated, which is on its way.

Connecting a wallet is an essential part of getting into NFTs, for it will be responsible for making all transactions regarding selling and buying NFTs. Having multiple wallets is not a problem, and many investors and creators use different wallets depending on blockchains and marketplaces. Before connecting a wallet, do diligent research. You might come across compatibility issues if you plan to work on multiple platforms.

1. Click the wallet icon on the top right corner on OpenSea.io. 2. Click on the desired wallet, and install the extension on your browser. In our case, we chose MetaMask. If the wallet doesn't respond, refresh and ensure popups are allowed. 3. Once installed, setup a new wallet and link it to your browser; make sure you keep your secret phrase somewhere safe, preferably offline. 4. Confirm the linked wallet on your profile and add funds to start your NFT journey.

ESPN has announced its first-ever NFT deal with Autograph, a company founded by Tom Brady, the retired NFL legend. The NFT was released on April 6th, with Brady's Man in the Arena documentary series available to stream on Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. The "Man in the Arena: Tom Brady Collection" is to be ESPN's first series of NFT collectibles and is available for purchase on DraftKings Marketplace. The collection will be magazine covers from ESPN's special edition December issue, including 14 stories ESPN has written on Tom Brady. Fifty of the available NFTs will be signed by Brady. Once the last episode of the documentary series airs, a second NFT collection called "Back in the Arena" is planned to be released.

Sky Mavis, the NFT game Axie Infinity creator, was the victim behind one of the largest crypto hacks reported. The attacker drained 25.5 million USDC and 173,600 ETH on March 29th, totaling about $625 million.

About a week after the hack, Sky Mavis announced on April 6th that the company raised $150 million, led by Binance, and other contributors like Paradigm, Animoca Brands, and Accel, to reimburse users affected by the hack. Sky Mavis is committed to reimbursing all users of the lost funds and implementing rigorous internal security measures to prevent future attacks.

As for the Ronin network, Binance has resumed withdrawals and deposits after suspending them last week. Ronin Network bridge remains closed, but once the audits and security upgrades are done, it will reopen, which could take several weeks.
