Wait no more, it’s time to get busy. After a long and anticipated period, we are now finally able to disclose the full details of Revault’s ILO and the last investor round.

Revault Initial Liquidity Offering, will take place on October 13th, 12:00 PM CET

During the ILO, we will raise up to USD 437,500 worth of BNB, to be allocated between 3 different launchpads - Lightning, Poolz and Infinity Pad by DAOmaker. Choosing the right partners to host our ILO was not an easy task. After being approached by practically each of the launchpads, we finally decided to go with those who we share the same values with and that we are sure will be great partners in the long run. We would like to thank each of the pads for their patience, cooperation and willingness to take an integral part in Revault’s mission to disrupt Defi as we know it.

The ILO Terms

$REVA price — 1.925$/~0.0044 BNB
ILO Venue - everyone of the 3 collaborating pads - Lightning, Poolz and Infinity Pad
Lock - the ILO $REVAs will be distributed in 3 equal monthly tranches, starting on Revault launch day.
Individual Cap — according to each launch pads’ different tiers.
Whitelist Eligibility — according to each launch pads’ criteria.

100% of the BNB raised in the ILO together with the Pre-sale contributions, will be locked as liquidity with equal value of $REVA tokens on Pancakeswap.

2021-09-10 22:47:14 As all of you know, we started a security audit by 2 of the most respected smart contracts auditing firms - Certik & Paladin.
An essential part of this audit revolves around the architecture of our innovative smart contract system. Revault's entire smart contracts system was built from scratch, containing a unique architecture that includes dedicated proxy contracts for each user that enable the relaying of funds from vault to vault.
This architecture is yet to be seen in the DeFi space. Due to that, it takes our auditing firms longer than expected to produce their final audit report.

And so we were faced with two options regarding our next steps - Continue as planned hoping everything will turn out just fine as we are expecting it, or take a proactive approach and push our ILO to the end of September when we will have complete security audit reports. We chose the latter.

As much as we are all eager to launch our platform and deliver to you what you were all expecting to, we had to make the responsible decision and be one hundred percent sure that we do not compromise on the security of the project. As you have already understood we aim high and want to be on one list with projects that handle billions of dollars and therefore security audits should be done with the proper degree of seriousness and professionalism at the highest levels.

Having said that, being DeFi players ourselves, we understand the frustration of contributing to a project and have it delayed. To try and make things right we decided to let every one of our Pre-sale participants have the option to get their BNB back.
We initially planned on distributing 1.25% of the MAX supply (227272.725 REVA) to our Pre-sale participants, and we stand firm behind that decision. The entire REVA Pre-sale allocation will be distributed to those Pre-sale participants who will decide to continue to stand behind the project.

We will issue another statement soon with more details on the ILO schedule and refund process. Until then we want to thank you all again for your endless support and the power you give us to keep pushing the project to the moon Open / Comment
