telegram-crypto.com respects copyright and expects the same in return. This page explains what you can complain about here, and how to do it so the complaint actually works.
What this page covers
Everything on telegram-crypto.com is published by its editors: articles, guides, illustrations, charts and translations. There are no user uploads and no user accounts on this domain, so a complaint here concerns our own material — text we wrote, or an image we used. If your material was reproduced without permission, write to abuse@telegram-crypto.com and it will be taken down or attributed.
Complaints about Telegram channels
Articles link out to Telegram channels and to third-party services. We do not host them and cannot remove them. Content inside Telegram is handled by Telegram at abuse@telegram.org. What we can do is remove or correct a link on our side — write to abuse@telegram-crypto.com with the URL of the article and the link in question.
How to send a notice
Send the notice to abuse@telegram-crypto.com. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) it must contain all of the following, or it cannot be acted on:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- The exact URL on telegram-crypto.com of the material you want removed. One URL per item — "your whole site" is not an identification.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
A complete notice is answered within 5 working days. Material that plainly infringes is removed before the reply is written, not after it. If the notice is incomplete, we say which part is missing rather than ignoring it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to abuse@telegram-crypto.com with the URL, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification. Removals made in error are reversed.
Notices sent in bad faith
A takedown notice is a legal statement made under penalty of perjury. Notices sent to suppress a critical review of a project, or to remove a scam warning, are refused and kept on record.
