Arbitrum, a layer 2 scaling solution, has surpassed Ethereum in daily transactions, with a 590% increase in daily transactions in less than two months. The number of unique addresses on Arbitrum’s network has reached an all-time high of about 2.95 million addresses, and Arbitrum’s TVL jumped 81% since Jan. 1 to roughly $1.85 billion. Despite the boost, Arbitrum is still lagging behind Ethereum in terms of network fees, with Ethereum’s one-day fees standing at $6.7 million, while Arbitrum’s one-day fees are around $154,000.

Ubisoft, the publisher of Assassin's Creed, has launched Rabbids NFT avatars for the Ethereum metaverse game The Sandbox. The release comes a year after Ubisoft announced plans to bring Rabbids characters to The Sandbox. The company is selling 2,066 Rabbids avatars via Polygon, an Ethereum scaling network, with each NFT selling for 100 SAND, or approximately $78. The drop is themed after the Lunar New Year and will feature various designs that will be unveiled to buyers on Friday. Ubisoft has been making moves in the Web3 world, having been the first major video game publisher to release in-game NFT items with Ghost Recon
