Reddit is auctioning off CryptoSnoos NFTs, a collection that depicts the site’s alien mascot Snoo.

Three CryptoSnoos with the Legendary tag are currently up for auction on the OpenSea:
The Block NFT is associated with the early days of Reddit and its culture.
The Helium NFT is identified with the contemporary art movement because of its references to popular culture (startin with Yoyoi Kusams and to Jeff Kuns).
The Snooprematic NFT is made up of geometric shapes and colours and refer to suprematism in art.

Reddit intends to offer more NFTs with the tags Epic and Rare in the future.

Fine art auction house Bonhams is now auctioning off a selection of NFTs entitled CryptOGs: The Pioneers of NFT Art

CryptOGs features works by 9 artists who were minting NFTs before it hit the headlines. Three of them, Sarah Zucker, Matt Kane, and XCOPY were featured in Sotheby's Natively Digital: A Curated NFT Sale auction earlier this month.

The other six artists participating in CryptOGs are Coldie, Osinachi, Alotta Money, Miss Al Simpson, Mattia Cuttini, and Janne.

USA TODAY NETWORK announced it will auction an NFT inspired by the 50th-anniversary celebration of the first newspaper delivery to space in 1971 by legendary Apollo 14 astronaut Alan Shepard.

The auction will consist of a unique mosaic incorporating more than 300 images from 50 years of space coverage. All auction proceeds will benefit the Air Force Space & Missile Museum Foundation and The Gannett Foundation.

The First Newspaper Delivered to the Moon collection includes behind-the-scenes Space Coast tour, outer-space souvenirs from Endevour, Atlantis and Discovery and other gifts.

Fans of Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) have a new NFT marketplace for traders and collectors to share.

The NFT Marvel Marketplace is a decentralized market built on the BSC. Marvel fan tokens (MV) are earned with each interaction on the platform which includes creating digital artwork and sharing them with the public. Users can also send the created NFT art as a gift package. The platform announced it will randomly send custom NFT gifts to MV token holders.

NB NFT Marvel founders are not employed by Marvel. All sales of any digital images featuring Marvel (or DC, or Disney) IP without legal consent might be a potential conflict. Earlier we were raising the question of it in this post.

Kamiar Maleki, a collector and Volta art fair director, set up an art NFT residency in French Rivera.

The UK digital artist Vector Meldrew (aka Alex Johnson), French-Iranian artist Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar and the UK rapper Tinie Tempah were working together for 7 days there to produce work titled Present the Future, a video of the Bahtiar's signature flowers disintegrates into rainbow gumballs, which are then recomposed into diamond-like prisms by Meldrew, set to a song composed by Tempah.

Digital work will be minted into a unique 90-second NFT. Images of the other 5 paintings by Bakhtiar will be minted into five 30-second-long NFTs (250-500 editions) and sold on 21 July in a drop on Nifty Gateway.
