About AB
This project is catalogued here under its earlier name, Newton, but is now listed on CoinMarketCap and branded on its own site as "AB". Its website describes AB as a modular blockchain network whose native token is deployed across chains, used for stablecoin issuance, payments and decentralized giving.
The project's Telegram group has moved with the rebrand: it is now titled "AB Global", while still answering to the older handle @Newtonproject. It had around 13,500 members, roughly 70 online, on 26.09.2026. No recent posts were visible to describe current discussion topics.
This handle is the one listed on the project's CoinMarketCap chat field, and the Telegram group's current title, "AB Global", matches the project's current branding and website (ab.org) rather than the old "Newton" name -- a sign the same team simply kept the original Telegram username through the rename.
