Rain is infrastructure for building prediction-market platforms — according to its own Telegram announcements, it lets developers launch a forecasting platform with an SDK rather than months of engineering, running on the Arbitrum network per CoinMarketCap's tag for the project.
It keeps two official Telegrams. "Rain Announcement Channel", @Rain_announcements, has about 14,000 subscribers as of September 26, 2026, and recent 2026 posts describe its SDK's key-management design, an AMM-and-order-book trading model, and a live smart-contract audit contest run with HackenProof. Its companion, "Official Rain Community Group", @RainCommunityGroup, has about 12,900 members and, by its own description, is where people discuss markets and the $RAIN token.
Both handles are listed on Rain's CoinMarketCap profile, and each channel's own title or description states it is official. The project's website was not reachable when this profile was checked, so verification here rests on Telegram and CoinMarketCap; as with any young project, it is safer to reach these channels through the CoinMarketCap listing than through a search result.
