Inactive Farms. Farms which had an (*) to indicate no recent reinvest have been updated with a time indicator of last reinvest.

Farm Details Page. Restructured to make room for more info & features, with the objective of putting more tools in front of users to make educated decisions.

How to Deposit visualisation has been added which updates during each step of the deposit process.

Site Navigation. Updated to improve scaling for new features (such as incoming liquid staking...)

Yak Swap. Trade Route names added to display newer integrations.

What's next? These changes are part of a much larger suite of updates aimed at delivering you a more personalised user experience. More to come.

2022-05-21 19:00:40 Five new farms have been added providing interesting options for different yield-farming strategies.

We've added Vector's vePTP boosted sAVAX farm for gas free auto-compounding. Currently earning 8.9% APY, which is in addition to the 7.2% sAVAX earns as a yield-bearing liquid staking token. That's >16% yield on your AVAX.

Some traditional double-asset farming options from our friends at Pangolin:

$USDC / $AVAX - compounds $PNG rewards to build your underlying position. Pangolin have signfiicantly shifted rewards to this farm as their primary AVAX + Stablecoin farm. Nice farm .

$USDC / $USDC.e - compounds $PNG rewards.

Two new $YUSD farms from Yeti Finance have been added.

$YUSD Platypus single-asset pool. This pool leverages our vePTP yield boost to increase your yields .

YUSDCRV - this farm takes your Curve Finance LP token, which comprises either $YUSD, $USDC, $USDT (or a mix of them) to compound $YETI rewards and grow your stablecoin position .

2022-05-17 17:03:47 Revealing launch details for yyAVAX, Yield Yak's liquid staking solution coming to Avalanche (very) soon.

As yyAVAX gets closer, we've published a new Medium article outlining the benefits of yyAVAX and its upcoming launch. TLDR:

Opening Ceremony to have a cap of 100K yyAVAX starting at a 1:1 minting ratio. yyAVAX will immediately start earning yield generated from the Avalanche P-Chain.

Users can provide liquidity for yyAVAX pairing it with AVAX in our native dynamic liquidity pool. This pool serves as liquidity to allow for instant withdrawals and minimal slippage.

LP providers can stake their LP tokens on Yield Yak to receive 5% of yyAVAX’s yield. Stacked Yield.

yyAVAX will be available to trade using Yield Yak Swap (but trade with caution vs waiting to mint should cap have been reached)

2022-05-07 14:59:44 Trader Joe rewards for the USDC.e - AVAX farm are ending. We highly recommend migrating your farm position to a new farm to continue earning rewards.

There are plenty of other similar options that benefit from Yield Yak's veJOE boosted yields, including:

USDT - AVAX (for which they have just increased rewards)
USDC - AVAX

Reminder to minimize stablecoin sliippage by using Yield Yak Swap.

2022-05-05 16:44:33 10,000 YAK to rule them all; our proposal for YAK to govern ve tokens

With our recent additions of yyJOE and yyPTP which accrue ve balances in Trader Joe and Platypus, we have put forward a proposal to the community for additional YAK utility to govern ve Tokens. We expect this to go to a governance vote later this week.

Expectations for Additional Benefits
In addition to the current benefits yyToken holders receive in the form of Yield Yak platform fees, examples from other ve systems have shown that those with large ve balances may also receive additional benefits to voting power:

Bribes for casting votes in a certain way
Platform revenue distributions
Directing reward weights to benefit Yield Yak

This proposal puts forward that platform fees should go to yyTokens and governance over voting power (Bribes + Reward Weights) to go to YAK.
