Voting live to create Yak Incentives Program for DeltaPrime Yield Yak integrations

You can vote using your YAK on a proposal to provide YAK incentives for partners at DeltaPrime contingent on them meeting specific targets with regards to integrated Yield Yak strategies.

The aim of the proposal is to further align the protocols and ensure that DeltaPrime share in the success and growth they drive to Yield Yak. Should the proposal pass, YAK rewards would be awarded based on a mixture of TVL and APR milestones.

Yield Yak’s GLP strategy receives huge boost as Avalanche Rush rewards to increase from $100K to up to $300K

What if the Avalanche Rush $5M GLP TVL milestone was only the beginning…

Hit $7.5M TVL = rewards jump to up to $200K

Hit $10M TVL = up to $300K

Plus, reward rate increases if these TVL milestones are achieved won’t need to wait for the start of a monthly epoch, and will kick in soon after these plateaus have been reached.

Rush is now better than ever, and GLP Season on Avalanche is just getting started.

Introducing leveraged Yield Yak GLP via DeltaPrime - launching tomorrow.

DeltaPrime will be integrating GLP as an asset that can be both used as collateral to borrow against, and to farm with. This allows you to lever up your GLP exposure and attain some jawdropping APYs.

How does it work?

From tomorrow at 2pm UTC, you’ll be able to head to DeltaPrime, and borrow up to 5x AVAX or USDC against the value of your Collateral (which can include GLP).

You can then mint GLP with your AVAX or USDC and deposit it into Yield Yak’s boosted and Rush-infused GLP strategy to maximize your returns. Early APR projections for this strategy are….juicy.

Some new UI enhancements to improve your Yield Yak experience

TL;DR

Farms are now called Pools

Fees are now displayed

Reinvest moved to Info tab

Overall look & feel improved

You’ll notice some other improvements as well, including:

A new slimmed down and and slower moving price ticker. Many users found the original a bit too frenetic

Removed ‘My Wallet’ feature as it was creating confusion with ‘My Farms’ (now My Pools)

Removed some banners on the site in order to put more focus on the underlying pools and products.

The Pool Detail page has also gotten a facelift:

Any fees are now displayed to improve transparency

The Reinvest button is now at bottom of Info tab. It has less prominent surfacing now given the typical user can ignore this function.

Deposit and asset growth charts combined into single tabbed view

Introducing the GLP Rewards Forecaster

Ever find yourself staring at GMX charts trying to guess what next week’s GLP APR will be?

Well, we did, so we’ve built a tool for the GMX & Yield Yak communities to forecast the next week’s GLP APR in real time based on GMX’s collected fees and GLP TVL.

GLP rewards are determined based on the prior 7 days of fees at 00:00 Wednesday of every week. GLP receives 70% of GMX protocol fees which establish the rewards for the next 7 days.

This means that the closer to Wednesday we are in the week, the more accurate the Forecast tool is likely to be.
